PV686 combined piezoelectric velocity sensor and accelerometer

Current output: 4 to 20 mA proportional to 0 to 10, 20, 25, 50 or 100 mm/s, −25 to 90 °C, up to 1000 Hz.

Voltage output: 100 or 50 mV/g, −25 to 90 °C, up to 10000 Hz.

The PV686 is a general-purpose piezoelectric vibration sensor with a piezoelectric sensing element and integrated electronics that combines two industry standard sensors in a single casing, namely: (1) a 4 to 20 mA loop-powered vibration sensor (vibration transmitter) with a sensitivity of 4 to 20 mA proportional to either 0 to 10, 20, 25, 50 or 100 mm/s and (2) an IEPE (integrated electronics piezo electric) vibration sensor with a sensitivity of either 100 or 50 mV/g. It is available in standard versions or Ex versions.

The PV686 is designed and manufactured for use in harsh industrial environments, including hazardous areas (potentially explosive atmospheres).
