The VE210 velocity sensor is a high-quality, high-reliability vibration sensor with an electromagnetic sensing element and integrated electronics with lineariser (for low-frequency measurements) providing a current output or a voltage output that is directly proportional to the vibration velocity.
The VE210 is designed and built for use in harsh environments characterised by typical temperatures in damp and corrosive environments.
- Designed for the long-term measurement of vibration in harsh environments, such as hydroelectric turbines and steam turbines (lower-speed machines)
- Very low frequency response: down to 0.5 Hz
- Temperature range: −25 to 80 °C
- Current output (50 µA/mm/s) for signal transmission over long distances or voltage output (50 mV/mm/s) for signal transmission over medium distances
